We do a forum draft, and I make picks on behalf of vacant teams. When I enter those picks into the draft, I click the button for also offering the draftee his signing bonus demand.

This season, a month has passed, and as far as I can see not one of these players has responded to the offer. All are shown still shown as pending offers. Since most other draftees around the league signed a long time ago, I have to assume that there is some sort of problem here... but I have done this for time out of mind, and it was never a problem before.

Has anyone see this? And, if so, does anyone have any experience with how to resolve this?
