We've been in continuous operation since real-year 2007 and are starting our 36th season. Very active league with several owners who have been around since the very beginning (but also very welcoming to new members)
Specifications:
OOTP 20, upgrade every two versions
20-team fictional (10 teams make the playoffs)
4 sims per week (Sun/Tues/Thurs evening, Saturday morning)- 7 days each
Slack forum for communication (very active)
No Coaches/Scouts
No fee (although we are considering integrating StatsPlus, for which we may request a small (<$5/year) contribution... TBD)
