The honest truth is that you are going to have to create your fictional names,leagues, teams, nickname, logos, jerseys and caps YOURSELF.
NOBODY IS GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU.
The other way to do is use someone's else leagues that have already been created... someone else's quickstart league where everything has been created for you... all you have to do is just play the games.
A quickstart game would be your best solution... it wouldn't be the way you want to play the game, but it would be far better than what you are doing now.
CD, you spend too much time dreaming up leagues and too much time trying to get other people to create your graphics... and too little time playing the game.
Get you a small league and enjoy it.
