earlier in my current season I was not notified that a player was

A) Coming up to date of his opt-out clause (if not on roster by May 1)

or

B) That he then exercised it.

I didn't realize he had that option when he signed an MLC, but when I went to recall him on 5/3, he was nowhere to be found.
