As far as the Hockey License... you should post on their main forum that you can not activate your license and ask for a moderator to help you.
Markus is not going to answer anyone personal messages... he has other people in the Forums to take care of things like your problem.
Go to the Hockey Forum and just post in very simple terms this post:
I have paid for my license... I am having problems activating it... please help.
