I haven't noticed managers being fired very much in the Islandian Pro Alliance... I let the AI control the teams... except for Free Agents.

I manage all teams in the North Island Recreational League... can't be fired.

As far as picking the All-Star teams, I go to the league stats page and compare the stats of each position player for each position... Just try to pick the player who is the most productive... I use their fielding to break ties when several players are very close in batting stats and productivity.

As far as pitchers, I pull up the pitching stats... first I look at wins... then decide the best pitchers based number one on ERAs... a pitcher that is 10-5 with a 3.50 ERA might not be picked because of the high ERA, unless he plays in a hitter's park... usually the pitchers selected have 8 or more wins and an ERA no higher than 3.00... I favor pitchers with the most wins, if possible.
