But what do you think about the AI-controlled teams often firing certain personnel so soon after hiring them, even when their people do good jobs, and they have winning records? I find it highly illogical, in at least some cases, for teams with winning records to fire certain personnel within no more than about three to five years, and especially when they fire them after only one season since they were even hired in the first place.
This is one area where AI teams often seem to err, I think. At least in OOTP 19, if not also 18, in my personal experience. You'd think they'd allow personnel to have a grace period of at least a few years before they'd release them, normally, wouldn't you, to see how things go with their new hires and all?

And how do you determine what a particular team might need most when you create the fictional players you add every year?
