I'm talking about the tacticals enforcers roles.
You have 3 types : Agitator, Goon and Enforcer.
The score for each role is determinated by a formula who take some of the player attributes for the determination of the role suitability.


Agitator : AGG (primary), screening, checking, hitting, stickchecking, balance and fighting (all secondary).


Enforcer and Goon : Fighting (primary), Screening and strenght (secondary).


I Think it's an error cause I doupt that the devs intentionaly created two identical roles.


As an exemple, the 3 passer Tacticals roles use 3 differents combinations of attributes.


And I will add that in the actual situation almosts all the goons (intimidators) of the 60's-80's will be put be AI as Agitators cause this score is almost always higher.



And the manual say :
Goons and Enforcers will reduce opponent's bravery, unless countered by presence of the opponent's goons and/or enforcers.
Agitators will lower the Temperament attribute of opponents, leading them to take more penalties.


In historical mode it's lowering the impact of the intimidation factor used in old days hockey.
