Has anyone come up with a creative way to simulate what an international draft would look like (under a modern MLB setup)? Meaning instead of teams discovering amateur FAs and having the intl FA signing period of all those players would enter a draft pool that's separate from the standard amateur pool? I'm not seeing a way to create 2 separate drafts but figured I'd ask.
