Charlotte's not one of the cities I created something brand new for - I have them in my league but I was able to find a brand that I really liked for them that someone else had made. (Carolina Pilots, which I posted about
here.) That set comes from SFGiants58 on the sportslogos.net forum and his Defunct Saga, designing modern designs for teams that used to be and theoretical sets for teams that almost were. He's got the Carolina Twins in there as well, & golem64 has ported it over for use in OOTP in the thread I linked.
I've made tweaks to almost every team outside of the real MLB teams, so once I get to the end (only 4-5 teams left) I will post some of the smaller changes I've made, as well as the teams like the Pilots which I copied whole-cloth.
