That's all well and good, but I fail to see what one persons decision to buy OOTP or not has to do with anothers behavior. Assuming that someone is "cheap" because they don't have OOTP just displays your own character flaws.
Your assertion that someone has to be destitute to not have 35 dollars is ridiculous. I played in a few OOTP leagues through the summer without owning the game, because I didn't have 35 dollars (or more accurately 50+ dollars Canadian). Having access to a computer or the internet doesn't mean that you're affluent or have a lot of disposable income laying around. I know I can speak for myself, and probably others when I say that I couldn't raise 35$ American in a month by saving my spare change.
But I digress, my point is simple. "Cheap" is far too general a label given the diversity of living standards, cultures and situations that everyone has to live with... and I just felt it was a bit closeminded to assume that people must be choosing not to pay for OOTP.
