This one is one of my favorites that I've made so far. Stephen Bronfman (the son of original owner Chalres Bronfman) has been exploring ways to bring baseball back to Montreal, and he and his fellow investors have zeroed in on a potential location in the Peel Basin. I was intrigued by the idea of creating a new stadium in Montreal built into that neighborhood, and if you look at the model in sketchup you'll find that it's more detailed than other ones I've made, including the stores behind left and the Farine Five Roses sign in right. It has an Oracle Parkesque right field fence, looking out on the channel to the old Montreal port. I've enjoyed playing around with this for my Montreal expansion franchises, and I hope you all will too.
The park itself is relatively pitcher friendly, as are the rest of its northern stadium brethren. It particularly is a killer on left handed power hitters.
