This sounds like something you should know before you even start.
Well, since I'm not planning on launching the league for another month or so this is before I ever start.

I'd like to thank the Expos for the relative vote of confidence. I have run a league before, but not an OTOP one. The league had a decent but not great ten month run. It folded, about a month ago, mostly because have the league decided to quit in a one week span for some reason. Maybe everyone was upset about something but wouldn't, tell me I don't know. Yes a lot of members where going back to school or college but they had been members of the league when they where in school before. I wasn't a perfect commish and did mistakes especially early on. But I was very dedicated and had to work very hardly mostly because of the limitations of Baseball Mogul. Recruiting new GMs was tough party because nobody wants to play Baseball Mogul anymore and its hard to explain 15 openings. I also let the league fold because I wanted to go over to OTOP since it means a better league, less work, and more GMs. I've been a member of five OTOP leagues, three High Heat leagues, and of course the one Baseball Mogul league.

Below is a link to our playoff site, old site, and new site which we never actually switched over too.

www.geocities.com/remangiii/ws05.html (playoffs)
http://www.geocities.com/simsitez/index.html (old site)
http://www.geocities.com/remangiii/abl.html (new site)

I wouldn't be using geocities for any OTOP league, of course and have been reading this board everyday for awhile.

Don't worry, I might post here asking for a few GM's but I hope that won't be necessary.

Back to the topic of my post;

I'm will most likely skip the 2003 season and go right to 2004 but I wanted to see what people would have to say about it. I've mentioned it too likely owners as well. I would still like to hear anything anybody has to say about it. Almost all likely owners have crappy teams so they would want to move ahead. It also seems kinda of silly to me to replay the 2003 season. The drawback is that I would have to keep track of personal records by myself but that wouldn't be a big deal. Taking a poll on the subject after the league is formed isn't really an option since I intend to make some alterations to the league file prior to opening the league.
