That's the number that didn't vote for Willie Mays to be a first ballot HOF.

6.8% didn't vote for Musial, 6.6% for Ted Williams...

AND 4.9% FOR BABE RUTH! One in twenty sports writers didn't think the Babe deserved to be honoured in the hall?

??? Any ideas on their reasonings?
