My vote is for "- OL" and "-OL" as the main requirement for all teams.

Any other option will eventually lead to a team getting dropped because
people did not use the external Google document and instead used PT20 to look for the OL teams.

Searching for -OL and - OL produces 2-3 pages of teams in the league.

Searching for OL alone (without the dash) produces 77 pages.
