Text to Speech
I've seen this mentioned in posts occasionally. Using windows 7, can anyone tell me how to enable the game to utilize text to speech? I hear the bat, umpire, crowd, fireworks (that needs some more work, and shouldn't there also be a visual display besides just the audio), but no narrator for the PBP, which is what I am now trying to add.
