POTD is a 28 team league after our 4 team expansion this season.
The league is fictional, 25 mil cash max, no coaches/scouts, no owner rewards since my guys don't deserve any.
Not sure what you mean by "a lot of financial control". There is a section in the rules concerning Stadium construction and upgrades but if you are looking for a league where teams can build a new stadium every 3 years this one isn't it. Just not sure what you mean...
