I’m speaking from experience on a lesser scale. I started playing Perfect Team about a week ago. I had a live Albert Pujols card and auto-sold it for 6 PP. I didn’t know that collections made it more valuable or that the auto-sell didn’t match the current market value.
Someone could have started and auto-sold their best cards.
