I'd suggest you focus on becoming less redundant on offense. Meaning that you don't have a whole lot of platoon options, but will have a whole position group that is the same handedness. Try adding a switch hitter or two and giving yourself options to make lefty/righty platoons. Right now your entire infield is right-handed.
