I think it is safe to say that the whole "Agent as a GM" experiment, as well as the "Pitching Coach Turned Deer in the Headlights Manager" experiment are both complete disasters, as the Mets "bullpen" blows yet another one. Shoutout to Pitching Coach Turned Deer in the Headlights for taking Vargas out after just 77 pitches. Surprised he didn't try to start a fight with another reporter after this one.

The fish rots from the top, and it will not change until the Wilpon$ are forced to sell the team for repeated acts of "Franchise Malpractice". Won't happen, but the other option is continuing to be an irrelevant club with the occasional 90-win season pulled out of their rear. Biggest market in the world, New York...and you're telling me that THIS is the best team you can put together?
