I think at this point we're a big enough voting block as far as having the most popular thread in the forums. Granted, we may not necessarily be their target audience as F2P teams. But lots of members also have big pay teams, plus OL has seemed to spur the purchase of at least several additional licenses.
So my vote is to bug the devs to add a "join league" feature or something, which can be based on a commissioner or invites or whatever. Teams can still be a part of the PT universe, but the league will auto-place teams with each other in a given tier.
I don't know how hard this would be to code, but my layman's guess is that it would be easier than Collections and Tournaments. The friend list is already there, just needs improving.
