Your Amazin' Mets will begin their inaugural season in Iron .243, and based on the team makeup and the work I did during entry pool to ensure our pitching is as good as it can be, I think we can win at least 90 games. When I checked the league out, I didn't see any obvious whales, so there's a good opportunity for promotion on the first try. The only problem I could see happening is that I'll have some tough decisions when it's time to upgrade. I do want to get a better Piazza as my DH, since he won't ever be useful behind the plate. I also want to add a version of the more prominent players from the 1969 and 1986 teams.

On the other hand, I'm not going to be bothered if we hang around here for awhile. The more points we can amass, the better!
