Meet the Mets, but please don't beat them too badly
This is the story of a Mets fan who wants to see how far a team comprised of only former Mets players can get in Perfect Team. Don't expect any of the same vitriol I bring to my Patriots series, because that's simply not going to happen. I am going to force myself to have fun with this one, because this Mets team is sure to be better than the lousy real life one, especially if I can compile enough points to get some of the best Mets players.
RULES
- No live or future legend players
- Any former Met is eligible for the team as long as they have played at least one game for the franchise
- Magus978 must have fun, otherwise he will be forced to attend another Mets game this season (Spoiler: He can't afford it!)
(HEY! It wasn't all bad! I got the deGrom bobblehead, and I got to see two trainwreck bullpens!)
Will post roster momentarily, because I don't imagine there being anymore additions before tomorrow, unless I'm adding as insurance in case a few players fail.
