This is categorically untrue. This person is a previous owner who is extremely toxic and unhappy that we removed him from the league for this reason. He continues to follow our post and spread lies about the league in an attempt for retribution. He posted on our OOTP19 recruitment thread in which his comment was removed and replied to by a OOTP moderator.
