I'm itching to buy this game because I love sports management sims, but I have not followed hockey since the early 1970s, and I don't have any idea how teams are constructed, what the proper tactics are, or even how many players for each team are on the ice.

I did a search for screen shots but not many came up. Is this a text-based sim? I'm not interested in 3-D graphics or little sprites moving around.

When I play OOTP Baseball I don't even turn ball animation on.

A long time ago, for an earlier version of this game, I asked about fighting. How much fighting is in this game? Can it be turned off or at least minimized?
