I agree. It didn't really make any sense to start him at Perfect with no major league track record. I can usually find a justification for ratings on most cards, but this card made little sense. It was made worse when he didn't go down after a slow start, it makes it feel like he was a 110 or something overall when he started. His future legend card was already perfect, so I'm not sure why there was a need for this. Either way though it should even out in the end and hopefully he performs to a level that justifies a perfect rating, he's an exciting talent.
