1949 Top 100 Prospects
Parker Whitaker is again the top overall prospect, despite a very probable career as a reliever. He will be starting the season at the back end of the Orioles bullpen and doesn't look to have the pitches necessary for a starting repertoire.
The top hitter is 1B Noah Sylvain, the top draftee in 1946.
