Cleveland has been having a better 2nd season at silver, hovering right around silver, with a 41-39 record. However, this is only good enough for 2nd place in the division, 10 games back. We are tied for the 2nd wildcard spot.

Offensively, the team is struggling with rankings in the 9-12 range in every category except Batting WAR (6th), stolen bases (2nd) and Base Running (3rd).

Defensively, we rank in the top 3 in runs against, starter ERA, defensive efficiency and zone rating.

Early Wynn is having a good season, going 11-5 in 16 games with a 2.82 ERA and a 0.97 WHIP.

Closer Brad Hand has 16 saves in 32 appearances, with a 0.60 ERA and only 2 earned runs in 30.0 IP.

Jim Thome is having a good year, slashing .288/.388/.536 with 19 HR and 55 RBI.

Jim Piersall leads the team in average, slashing .295/.347/.397 with 17 doubles. He's got a 3.49 Range Factor and +10.7 Zone Rating at CF.

Kenny Lofton, playing RF, is slashing .274/.341/.356 and has 35 SB.

The club just brought Jose Ramirez (92) on-board for 4,600 PP. He's replacing the struggling Carlos Santana on the active roster, and will start defensively at 3B over Travis Fryman, who is moving over to DH for the struggling Al Smith.
