Edit Ballparks is not FULLY available. Go to the Edit screen and click on 3d model. Then choose Load 3d model at the right edge. Works for me every time. It won't let you mess around with park factors, true. You can only change that by importing a .prk file. Trick: design your park and .prk file in a non-challenge mode game and import it in Challenge Mode...Presto!
