I wouldn't really recommend any of the pre-set strategy options. They can be a good starting point, but none of them are really going to be perfect. Like the smallball one has a lot of sacrifice bunts which are really stupid. In the end, you'll probably want customized strategies for each player, so you're overriding the strategy anyway and so it doesn't really matter.
