What a great story! Greg Pryor looks like he'd be a fun guy to have some beers with.
That latest update of yours, what a roller coaster. You sweep the Red Sox at Fenway (there go their AL East hopes!) and then get swept at home by those damned Blue Jays. It's scary they can lose Dave Stieb and still be that good.
It seems you're gonna have to find a way to gain parity with the Jays if you want to get to the next level.
I've done three or four SIMS of 1986 -- once as the Royals, two or three as the Mets -- and OOTP always sticks it to the Red Sox. They never play as well in OOTP Sims as they did in real life.
