I remember I had a similar issue back during v19... couldn't get an attachment to upload from my home laptop (but had no issues i I logged in through my work computer).... never did figure out what the issue was.... one weekend a new windows update came through and suddenly everything was working normally again.... did you get a new windows update recently? Maybe that caused an issue
