Le Diamant cruised to their second consecutive Martinique title and will face the Nice Orchids in the first round.
Julien Henri continued to develop both as a position player and a starting pitcher. He received ample opportunities to show case his skills in the 1967 year as the Bench Coach opted to use him more and more as the season progressed.
Still just 23 years of age, the sky continues to be the ceiling for Henri.
Vic Cosman tied the FBL record for wins with 21 that was set by Jonathan Allain in 1962. Cosman might have broke the record but the team opted to not start him on the last day of the season. The goal is the championship and not the record book.
Ottawa Expedition will host the Marseille Soleis in their 7 game series.
