The FAQ, as I recall, states that the exported stadiums go into your EXP_IMP folder, when they don't. They just go loose into your league's folder.
So...if you're exporting Safeco Field, you can save a file called "safecoexp" (an extention is not necessary), which'll just wind up hanging out in your league's root folder. Simply copy/move safecoexp to your target league's root folder, open up the target league, and import.
