I play out a lot of games on my Mac, and whenever I try to perform a manual double switch I have to hold my breath. The game frequently crashes when I use the dropdown menu to remove the position of the fielder I want to sub out (and replace with the new pitcher). This seems to happen whenever said fielder is fifth in the lineup, though I think it's happened with other spots in the order too.
