Bob Moorhead took the mound for the Mets in the bottom of the sixth.

Bobby Shantz took the mound for the Colt .45s in the top of the eighth.
In the top of the ninth, Landrith scored on a wild pitch.
Ken MacKenzie took the mound for the Mets in the bottom of the ninth. The Colt .45s went down in order to end the game.
The Colt .45s managed to get just three hits in the loss.
