finding a decent starting pitcher is nigh on impossible on my budge. I soldSale and have Kershaw on the market. Then I picked up Max Sherzer which was probably a mistake but I cannot find any affordable starters with a 64 or above movement.

Pappyzan why move Seaver into the bullpen when he has more than adequate movement and his other stats are real real good?

Also, is there anything I can do with the Global Strategies that also could help?

Update: was able to grab a 95 Matt Harvey with a movement of 79...big improvement methinks
