Decreasing the odds of dupes doesn't have to work across tiers. I agree that the game would indeed be imbalanced if owning every iron card increased my chances of acquiring better cards. All I am hoping for is for the game to help me fill out my missing irons just a smidgen faster by decreasing (not eliminating - that'd be too extreme as well) the chance of getting a 10th JaCoby Jones before I pull my 1st Isiah Kiner-Falefa.

Think of it this way... if you already have all the iron cards, then it would be like every ballpark in the league being set to max offense. The odds of pulling a dupe iron would be back to even, just as the same ballparks make all offenses even as well.
