Is there a way, after our World Series, to put a freeze on signing free agents until after all the free agents declare?
There are guys that sit in free agency during the season.
We have feeder leagues that get done and some players are showing up in our free agency, while arbitration is going on.

I don't want teams to be able to sign any free agents during this period until free agency opens.

Any thoughts?
