OK, sort of figured it out. I didn't change anything manually but at some point in the off season but prior to the Rule 5 draft, all the players on my team got set to show OSA ratings instead of my scout's ratings. This also happened for my Rosters & Transactions Overview page where you have several windows to view the rosters of your organization. So all those reverted to showing OSA instead of my scout's ratings.

Since it appears this could be a global change based upon hitting one button on the player profile page, I'm going to suggest that I possibly did this myself by accident without realizing it.
