I'm still on the fence on importing my current v19 league.

If I do start clean with v20, I would..

Make July 31st a hard trade deadline
26 man rosters with 8 relievers
28 player cap in Sept.
DH added to NL
10 day DL changed to 15 day DL
Trading set to hard
Disable league evolution and openers/followers
Keep the history this time (I deleted it my last MLB QS)
Add custom award for most stolen bases (called the Lou Brock award)
