-NHL rights on drafted KHL and Swiss league players will now remain until player reaches UFA age (approximates defected player rule, if it's working OK will expand to Swiss leagues as well in last data update)

Are the NHL rights applicable for both KHL and Switzerland and brackets just not get deleted on the notes? Or is there another update to come.
