The draft order for the 2019 MLB draft is all out of order. Seems to be randomizing every time I try to start a new season and check out the order. I did an expansion with the new 2 teams having first 2 picks, but then the Yankees had the #3 pick in the MLB draft, and teams seemed to be randomized after that. Started another season to rebuild the SF Giants, and again draft is all scrambled. Started another season after quitting and re-opening OOTP just now, and the order is still out of wack. Is this a bug? Easy fix?
