I have problems twice so far. I disabled antivirus and firewall, and I'm still getting nowhere.

What I don't understand is that I had problems with OOTP 19 last August to the point where I quit playing the game. I bought a brand new computer last week, and am still having the same problem of not being able to activate an OOTP game, though this time it's OOTP 20. I've never had this issue activating any OOTP game before last August.

EDIT: Finally got it to work. I typed in the letters and it worked. My apologies for the false alarm.
