Seriously, how is the MLB going to police injuries here? I admit I haven't been paying much attention, but what's to stop relievers from faking injuries? All the other rules I'm totally cool with but this one is just dumb.

I would say if a pitcher leaves before his 3 batters because of a supposed injury then he should have to miss the next 2 or 3 games at least. That would stop them faking it.
