Your pitching staff looks like you are forsaking everything for stuff. That is your first mistake IMHO. A starting staff with 60 something STU, 70 MOV, and 70 ish CON will carry you much further from my personal experience. Pitchers like I speaking of are abundant with a little looking on the AH. Later you will look for the more elite, much more expensive movement pitchers. Dump Realmuto when you are able to get defensive catchers.

I see Ichiro on Reserve and IMHO him and Eddie Collins are your best chance for PP right now on the team you have. Pour through the posts on this forum to see what works. There is so much knowledge here expounded daily by some wonderfully talented OOTP minds.

This is just my opinion and as such means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. But, I hope it helps.
