Yes, I also remember when accounting became computerized in the 80's and all the good along with bad that came with that. I do understand and appreciate your reticence but it would drive me crazy to remain that way as I believe software engineers have progressed in the past 30 years with patches and what not, don't you? Of course I do not have a long running sim like you that might be jeopardized so I can see your caution.
