Yes, that's my guess. I have asked every one to check but no one has said "yep it was me, now fixed". So maybe there is another reason but I can't fathom what it would be.
The part that annoys me is this... he asked to join and was added to everyone's list by his request. Maybe he was tired of the cap and that's fine, but he is taking advantage of our cap now. He checks the forum every day according to his profile and he is ignoring the threads where we have repeatedly brought it up. Perhaps he is away from PT for a few weeks and only has access to the Internet but not the game. That's understandable but why not tell us?
