Your OF defense is appalling. Judge is decent, but the other 2 starters are terrible. Harper might make an average RF, but his range really limits his utility. Berkman is basically a tree.
Using Russell Martin over Posey is helping your offense I assume but really hurting your pitching.
1B, 3B, and SS def are fine if not exciting, but 2B - Torres is poor. Low range in the middle is killer AND he can't be relied upon to make the play when he gets there. Double whammy. I'd look to Jose Oquendo as an upgrade there. There are plenty of pricier options but make sure they have at least high range (above 80) and an error rating somewhere north of 60.
Prioritize a 2B upgrade, followed by OF defense and a catcher upgrade and you should see things dramatically improve. For 30k, you can get Oquendo at 2B cheap as a leadoff/9 hole hitter, start posey half the time at least instead of only 20% (platoon, one vL and one vR), and then spend ~29k on OF. Lets say you keep Judge in RF, that leaves you with that money for 2 positions, since Cain is a very reliable backup OF/defensive replacement for Judge. Perfect Trout is ~25k, so 4k for a LF. If you can stretch it, maybe Yelich in LF? Once you sell off Harper/Berkman you should be able to pick him up for ~6k?
I'm at work so I don't have the auction house or my spreadsheet in front of me but I think that should work.
