You will need to read the first post in this thread for instructions. Basically, clear your friends list and then add the people in the perfect list. Change your league placement setting to use friends list, and you should be good to go.
It is only the active roster that counts against the cap, so you can stash your extra diamonds etc. on the reserve roster. You can swap them around from reserve to active as much as you want, as long as the active stays at or under the cap.

To add to this, if you are demoted to Diamond at the end of the current season (or if it's a real possibility that you'll be demoted), please post that info here so your name can be removed from the list to make room for someone else.
